This document «Privacy Policy» (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») is the rules for using https://community.si/ data of Internet users.

1. The following concepts will be used in the privacy policy:

2.5. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the data provided and whether the User/Agent has the necessary consent to their processing in accordance with this Policy, believing that the User/Agent acts in good faith, prudently and makes every effort to keep such information up to date and obtain all necessary consent to its use.
2.6. By accepting the terms of this Policy, the User/Agent expresses his consent to the processing by the Administration of data about the User/Agent for the purposes provided for in this Policy.

3. General provisions

3.1. The user, at his personal request, can be registered on the site as a member https://community.si/.
For registration. the user provides his e-mail, which is used to verify the account.
After the user's e-mail is confirmed, information about its content is not transferred to third parties and is confidential.
3.2. The user-agent provides his email for verification. The agent profile contains a phone number, address, name.
All information provided for registration in the community.si application is used to facilitate communication between potential users and the user-agent.
The information is not verified for accuracy. The application does not use user-agent geolocation data. The application only asks for permission to access the camera and microphone.
3.3. In online mode, the background mode is used.
3.4. The Privacy Policy (including any of its parts) may be changed by the Administration without any special notice and without payment of any compensation in this regard. The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication.
3.5. As a general rule, the Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by Users. At the same time, in the cases provided for by the User Agreement, the User-Agent is obliged to provide confirmation of the accuracy of the personal information provided by him about himself - by the method of verifying the postal address.
3.6. It is prohibited for the User-Agent to provide personal data of third parties without permission received from third parties for such distribution, or if such personal data of third parties were not obtained by the User from publicly available sources of information.
3.7. The Administration collects and processes only that information about User-Agents, incl. their personal data, which is necessary to respond to the User's request on the site https://community.si/.
3.8. The Administration may use the Users' personal information for the purposes of:
identification of the party under the agreements between the User and the Administration.

4. Measures to protect information about Users

4.1. The Administration takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal information about Users from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, distribution of personal information, as well as from other illegal actions with it. These measures include, in particular, internal review of data collection, storage and processing processes and security measures, including measures to ensure the physical security of data to prevent unauthorized access to personal information.
4.2. The User may delete the account on the Site and in the Application and the personal data associated with it without undue delay. In order to exercise this right, it is necessary to send a corresponding request by e-mail to support@community.si.
